TENNECO International Women's Day March 8th INCLUSION DIVERSITY - IQUITY - ACTION The IDEA Board @ Tenneco The spirit of continuous improvement is a part of everything we do at Ten- neco. From manufacturing processes to our business practices, our commit- ment to the continuous improvement mindset ultimately makes us stronger. Therefore, Tenneco has created the IDEA Board (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action), a group of 12 Tenneco leaders whose mission is to find ways and create opportunities for Tenneco to become a more inclusive and diverse company. Tenneco is proud to announce its celebration on March 8 of International Women's Day, the annual day set aside to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. Tenneco is very proud of the 18,000 women who help make us a successful company and a great place to work and we are marking the day with a series of local and regional events. We are pleased that approximately half of our Frankfort facility is comprised of women and we celebrate that! Purple is the internationally recognized color to observe the occasion and we are asking all employees to show their appreciation for the women of Tenneco by wearing purple on March 8. Please join us in the celebration! Thank you for showing your support!
